Canadian actress. Matchett started the acting profession in Ontario after moving from the Saskatchewan village of Spalding. The mid-1990s saw her begin a profession on Canadian television. After that, she moved into the United States, where she appeared for The Secrets of Nero Wolfe Invasion 24 Hour Studio 60 On the Sunset Strip Ambulance Earth. In the series, she played Last Conflict. The role she played in The Department of Wet Cases, a Canadian TV drama, won her an award called the Gemini Award. She has also portrayed the ex-wife to one of the main characters of Impact for a number of seasons. In 2010 she played her role as Joan Campbell in the TV show Covert Operations.
