CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. Jacob Christopher Ortiz was his birth name. He was born in Huntington Beach and moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half Mexican descendant of his paternal family is half Mexican. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave him the nickname Tito. Both of his parents, addicts themselves had a difficult childhood. He was part of the gangs. He also took cocaine and other drugs. As a youngster, he was sent to the juvenile halls. His parents divorced when he was 13.
